2. Founder Verification Policy

No technical metrics (such as plant capacity, mass balances, process yields, or temperature controls) are active or validated for specific projects without a formal written contract and subsequent verification from our founder, Er. V.K. Srivastava.

3. Limitation of Liability

Hitech Green Energy Consultants, its founder, and associates shall not be liable for any operational losses, CAPEX variances, safety incidents, or regulatory non-compliance on client-operated sites. All consulting activities are governed by separate service-level agreements.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
